医療従事者の怒り対する対処法として、心理面ではSTAXI-2により怒り特性を把握し、身体的側面ではため息呼吸法を用いてその適応的効果を活用することで、心身両面から医療従事者のアンガーマネジメントの効果を実証的に検証する。

In order to deal with anger among medical professionals, we will empirically verify the effectiveness of anger management for medical professionals from both the physical and mental perspectives by grasping anger characteristics using STAXI-2 from a psychological perspective and utilizing the adaptive effects of sigh breathing techniques from a physical perspective.

心理的側面はSTA|XI－２日本語版、K6,POMS２短縮版日本語版である。
生理的側面は心拍変動、呼吸波形である。
指導、５日間自己実践、その後効果を測定する

The psychological aspects are the Japanese version of STA|XI-2, K6, and the Japanese version of the abbreviated version of POMS2.
The physiological aspects are heart rate variability and respiratory waveforms.
Instruction is given, followed by self-practice for five days, after which the effects are measured.

過換気発作のエピソードがある、研究実施日に呼吸器・循環器症状がある場合、「高血圧治療ガイドライン2014」に基づく高血圧（収縮期血圧/拡張期血圧の両方あるいはどちらかが140mmHg/90mmHg以上）である場合を除外基準とする。

Exclusion criteria were: episodes of hyperventilation attacks, respiratory or circulatory symptoms on the day of the study, or hypertension based on the 2014 Hypertension Treatment Guidelines (systolic blood pressure/diastolic blood pressure 140mmHg/90mmHg or both).
