0歳児の第一子育児中の母親を対象にロールレタリングを実施し，介入による母親の育児不安の低下や自尊感情の向上，児への愛着といった心理面への効果を検討することである。

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the intervention on the psychological aspects of mothers' child-rearing anxiety, self-esteem, and attachment to their children by conducting role-lettering with mothers raising their first child aged 0 years.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

ロールレタリング実施の前に１回、ロールレタリングを約２週間ごとの実施後計３回、合計４回　以下の３種類の質問票でロールレタリングの効果の評価を行う。
赤ちゃんへの気持ち質問票、育児不安尺度、状態自尊感情尺度

Once before the role lettering is implemented, and three times after the role lettering is implemented approximately every two weeks, for a total of four times. The following three questionnaires will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the role lettering.
Mother to Infant Bonding Scale,Scale of Anxiety over Child-rearing, State Self-Esteem Scale
