endoscopic ultrasound-guided tissue acquisition（EUS-TA）により採取した病理検体を用いて、膵癌患者におけるREV7の発現強度と予後との関連を前向きコホート研究によって検証する．

3. 病理組織型がAdenocarcinomaもしくはAdenosquamous carcinomaの症例

2. Cases diagnosed as unresectable pancreatic cancer by EUS-TA
3. Cases with a pathological diagnosis of adenocarcinoma or adenosquamous carcinoma
