成人とみなされる20歳以上の方は、自分の意志を基に、試験参加に伴うリスクを判断した上で、自由に試験に参加するかどうかを決めることができる。
(2)週に1回以上のヨーグルトの喫食者(ヨーグルトを食べることに抵抗のない方)

People over the age of 20, who are considered adults, can judge the risks associated with participating in a trial based on their own will. After that, you can freely decide whether or not to participate in the test.
(2)People who eat yogurt at least once a week (those who are comfortable with eating)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

官能評価は、試験対象者に市販のヨーグルト45サンプル（90名を各10名の9グループに分け、5種類/グループ）を喫食してもらい、SD（Semantic differential）法を用いた官能評価項目にて、ヨーグルトの味評価、香り評価、食感評価について回答を得て、定量的な及び定性的な分析・解析を行うものとする。

For the sensory evaluation, test subjects were asked to eat 45 samples of commercially available yogurt (90 people divided into 9 groups of 10 people each, 5 types/group), and the sensory evaluation was conducted using the SD (Semantic differential) method.
We will obtain responses regarding the taste, aroma, and texture evaluations of the yogurt, and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
