目的/Objectives

日本語
手術室で使用されているデスフルランと気腹目的の二酸化炭素の量を測定し、温室効果ガスの影響を調べることによって、手術室内で地球温暖化防止目的に使用削減すべきガスを検討する。対象症例を胆嚢炎に対する腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術とする

英語
The purpose of this study is to measure the amount of desflurane and insufflation carbon dioxide used in the operating room and to examine their impact as greenhouse gases. By doing so, we aim to evaluate which gases should be reduced to prevent global warming in the operating room setting. The target disease for this study is cholecystitis requiring laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の患者で、ASAclass1,2の患者
・腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術を計画された予定手術患者
・患者本人又は代諾者より文書同意が得られた患者
・全身麻酔単独もしくは硬膜外麻酔併用全身麻酔を予定された患者

Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of informed consent, with an ASA class 1 or 2 status.
Patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Patients who have provided written informed consent from themselves or their legal representative.
Patients scheduled to receive general anesthesia alone or general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・吸入麻酔薬で麻酔管理を行うことが妥当ではないと判断された患者
・その他、主治医が本研究を実施するのに不適当と認めた患者

Patients deemed unsuitable for anesthesia management with inhalational anesthetics.
Other patients whom the attending physician deems inappropriate for participation in this study.
