能力障害（Quick DASH、BPI interference）、中枢性感作関連症状（CSI）、破局的思考（PCS 6）、不安（GAD 2）、抑うつ（PHQ 2）、健康関連QOL（EQ 5D 5L）、身体活動量（GPAQ）。費用評価は、公的医療費（治療、検査、介入費用など）、その他の費用(サプリメント、整骨院など)。定量的評価 筋力測定(握力)、上肢周計、肩関節関節可動域検査

和泉市立総合医療センター乳腺外科で乳がんの診断を受け、手術を受けた/受ける患者
①20-80歳の乳がんと診断されている方
② Clinical stage 0-Ⅲの方

Patients diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing/receiving surgery at the Breast Surgery Department of Izumi City General Medical Center
(1) Patients aged 20-80 years old who have been diagnosed with breast cancer
(2) Patients with Clinical stage 0-III
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
① がんの再発、転移を有する方
② 男性の方
③ 乳房再建予定、再建術後の方
④ 乳がん術後の上肢症状に対して外来リハビリテーションを受けた方

(1) Those with recurrent or metastatic cancer
2) Male patients
(3) Patients scheduled for breast reconstruction or post-reconstructive surgery
(4) Patients who received outpatient rehabilitation for upper limb symptoms after breast cancer surgery
