体幹機能と下肢の運動麻痺がADLの自立に及ぼす影響を，段階的に解析することで，それぞれの機能を個別に評価した場合と組み合わせて評価した場合のADLへの影響の程度を明らかにすること．

階層的重回帰分析の結果，2つの回帰モデルにおいて，体幹機能および下肢機能を個別に評価するよりも両機能を組み合わせて評価する方がADL自立度の説明する精度に有意な影響を与えていた．

Across two regression models, the assessment of trunk and lower limb function in combination significantly improved the accuracy in reflecting ADL independence compared with the assessment of each function individually.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

本研究の対象は2017年7月～2018年10月までの期間に愛知県済生会リハビリテーション病院に入院していた初発脳卒中片麻痺患者とした．
除外基準は，クモ膜下出血，テント下病変，口頭指示の理解が不可能な者，本研究の内容に同意の得られない者とした．
解析対象者は51名であった．

This cross-sectional study included patients with first-time stroke and hemiplegia who were admitted to Aichi-Pref Saiseikai Rehabilitation Hospital between July 2017 and October 2018.
The exclusion criteria were subarachnoid hemorrhage, infratentorial lesions, the inability to comprehend verbal instructions, and lack of consent to participate in the study.
The analysis included the data of 51 participants.
