タッピングタッチの知見を蓄積することに加え、タッピングタッチが新卒看護職者のストレス軽減および職場適応状態を向上するための有効な方法と成り得るかを検討する。

In addition to accumulating knowledge about Tapping Touch, we will examine whether Tapping Touch can be an effective method for reducing stress and improving workplace adaptation among new graduate nurses.

主な結果/Results

職業性ストレス、職場適応状態、GHQ-12、脈拍において、タッピングタッチ前後で有意な差は認められなかった。一方で、タッピングタッチ体験における叙述をテキストマイニングを用いて分析した結果、「リラックス」という語が各回において一貫して頻出していた。

No significant differences were observed in occupational stress, workplace adaptation status, GHQ-12 scores, or pulse rate before and after the tapping touch sessions. However, analysis of participants' descriptions of the tapping touch experience using text mining revealed that the word relaxation consistently appeared frequently in each session.
