日本語
口腔機能と認知機能の両者を対象としたトレーニングプログラムの効果について、60歳から80歳の健常高齢者を対象とする介入実験により、口腔機能と認知機能を評価対象として検証すること。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1) 年齢60-80歳（登録時）の男女。
(2) 右利きの者。
(3) 本研究の目的、内容を理解し、本人から必要な研究参加の同意を文書で得られた者。

(1) Men and women aged 60-80 years (at the time of enrollment).
(2) Right-handed individuals.
(3) Individuals who understand the purpose and content of this study and have provided written consent to participate in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 顎口腔機能に障害を有するものまたはその治療中である者。
(2) 介入期間に歯の治療等で歯科医院に通院が必要な者。
(3) 義歯不適合によりトレーニングに支障をきたすと判断された者。
(4) 3歯以上の連続した欠損を有する義歯使用者。
(5) Eihiner分類B2-C3の者。
(6) 週に1時間以上ゲームをする者。
(7) 十分な判断能力の無い成年者。
(8) 精神疾患・糖尿病・脳神経疾患・心臓病 (心疾患) の既往歴がある者。
(9) 認知機能に影響する薬物（例：ベンゾジアゼピン、抗うつ薬、中枢神経薬）を服用している者。
(10) 認知症のスクリーニング検査である MMSE-J (Mini Mental State Examination-Japanese)の得点が26点以下の者。
(11) 現在、他の試験に参加している方、試験開始前2か月以内に他の試験に参加したことがある者。
(12) 2022年に当分野で実施した研究「高齢者の認知機能に対する口腔機能訓練プログラムの開発」に参加した者。
(13) 介入期間の前後に実施する事前検査と事後検査に参加できない者。
(14) その他、不適当と判断した者。

(1) Individuals with a disorder of stomatognathic function or currently undergoing treatment for such disorder.

(2) Individuals who need to visit a dental clinic for dental treatment during the intervention period.

(3) Individuals who are judged to be hindered in the training due to ill-fitting dentures.

(4) Individuals who wear dentures with three or more consecutive missing teeth.

(5) Individuals classified as B2-C3 in the Eihiner classification.

(6) Individuals who play video games for one hour or more per week.

(7) Adults who do not have sufficient judgment ability.

(8) Individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders, diabetes, neurological disorders, or heart disease (cardiac disease).

(9) Individuals taking medications that affect cognitive function (e.g. benzodiazepines, antidepressants, central nervous system drugs).

(10) Individuals who score 26 or less on the MMSE-J (Mini Mental State Examination-Japanese), a screening test for dementia.

(11) Individuals who are currently participating in other studies or who have participated in other studies within two months prior to the start of the study.
(12) Anyone who participated in the research "Development of an oral function training program for cognitive function in the elderly" conducted in this field in 2022.
(13) Anyone who is unable to participate in the pre- and post-tests conducted before and after the intervention period.
(14) Anyone who is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
