対象者の性格に着目しつつ、練習中に聴取する音楽における歌の有無が言語的フィードバックの効果および運動学習の成果、学習者の精神的疲労度に及ぼす影響を検証すること。

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of verbal feedback, motor learning outcomes, and learners' mental fatigue in the music they listen to during practice, while focusing on the subjects' personalities.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes
日本語
運動学習の成果として、ボッチャを模した運動課題の成績を計測する。
また、対象者の性格特性を日本語版Ten Item Personality Inventory（TIPI-J）、利き手をエディンバラ利き手テストを用いて計測する。
さらに、対象者の精神的疲労感についてはフリッカーおよびNASA task load indexを用いて計測する。

As an outcome of motor learning, performance on a motor task modeled after Boccia will be measured.
In addition, the subjects' personality traits will be measured using the Japanese version of the Ten Item Personality Inventory (TIPI-J), and handedness will be measured using the Edinburgh Handedness Test.
In addition, the subjects' mental fatigue will be measured using Flicker and the NASA task load index.

A college student who has no symptoms that affect his ability to throw a ball.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
整形外科疾患、神経疾患やその後遺症のある者。心疾患などの内科的リスクのある者。正式なボッチャの競技歴のある者。
英語
Those with orthopedic or neurological diseases or sequelae. Those with medical risks such as heart disease. Those with a history of formal Boccia competition.
