選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・年齢55歳以上
・診察室血圧が収縮期で130mmHg以上、拡張期で80mmHg以上のいずれに該当し、日常生活活動が自立している外来患者

英語
･Age 55 or older.
･Outpatients whose clinic blood pressure is 130mmHg or higher for systolic or 80mmHg or higher for diastolic, and are independent in daily living activities.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・診察室血圧が収縮期で180mmHg以上，拡張期で110mmHg以上の者
・過去6ヶ月以内に脳・心血管疾患を発症した者
・抗癌剤治療中およびホルモン剤治療中の者

英語
･Those whose clinic blood pressure is 180mmHg or over for systolic and 110mmHg or over for diastolic.
･Those who have developed cerebrovascular or cardiovascular disease within the past 6 months.
･Those who receive anti-cancer drug or hormonal therapy.
