BCAA（分岐鎖アミノ酸）を含む栄養補助食品を1日1回、通常の食事に追加して提供する。
介入期間は手術後から整形外科病棟退院時まで（約8週間）を予定。
英語
Nutrition supplements containing BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) will be provided once a day in addition to regular meals. The intervention period is planned from post-surgery until discharge from the orthopedic ward (approximately 8 weeks).

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1．入院時の栄養評価で中等度低栄養（GLIM基準）に該当した者
2．経口摂取が可能な者
3．受傷前歩行可能であった者

1.Patients classified as having moderate malnutrition according to the GLIM criteria at the time of hospital admission.
2.Patients capable of oral intake.
3.Patients who were able to walk before the injury.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1．摂取エネルギーまたは蛋白質制限の食事療法を実施している者
2．食物アレルギー（乳・大豆）のある者
3．悪性腫瘍で治療中の者
4．リフィーディング症候群の高リスクに該当する者※
5．肥満（BMI≧35）の者

1.Patients undergoing dietary therapy with restricted energy or protein intake.
2.Patients with food allergies to milk or soy.
3.Patients undergoing treatment for malignant tumors.
4.Patients at high risk for refeeding syndrome.
5.Patients with obesity (BMI 35 and above).
