目的/Objectives

日本語
帝王切開術後の不適切な鎮痛管理は患者の回復を遅らせ, 深部静脈血栓症などの術後合併症の危険因子になるだけでなく, 初乳の遅れにつながり児への悪影響も報告されている. これまでに帝王切開術後鎮痛目的に様々な方法が試みられているが, M-TAPA (modified thoracoabdominal nerves block through perichondrial approach) ブロックの効果を検討した報告は無い. 今回, 予定帝王切開術を受けた患者に, M-TAPAブロックが術後鎮痛方法として有用であるかを検討する.

The infusion of local anesthetic in the surgical wound is helpful in the multimodal management of postoperative pain. We hypothesized that local anesthetic wound infusion after cesarean section delivery would provide better pain control than peripheral nerve block (modified thoracoabdominal nerves block through perichondrial approach).
