介入群:地域在住高齢者に対し、3ヵ月にわたり10回の地域オリジナルエクササイズを行う。加えて介入群のみ3ヵ月間ソイペプチドを1日6g摂取する。2群ともに対面の運動プログラムがない日はオンデマンド配信されている運動プログラムを実施する。

Intervention group: Perform original community-based exercise program for 10 sessions over 3 months. In addition, only the intervention group will consume 6 g of soy peptide per day for 3 months. On days when there is no in-person exercise program, both groups will have an on-demand delivered exercise program.
