本研究の目的は、顎変形症患者に対して行われる上下顎移動術（Le Fort I型骨切り術および下顎枝矢状分割法）の術後疼痛を評価し、より効果的な疼痛管理手法の確立を目指すことである。

The aim of this study is to evaluate postoperative pain in patients with jaw deformities undergoing bimaxillary osteotomy, including Le Fort I osteotomy and sagittal split ramus osteotomy, to establish more effective postoperative pain management strategies.
