健常者を対象として、①プラークの量は唾液中細菌数と相関するのか、②ブラッシング時に保湿ジェルや清拭を併用することにより口腔内への細菌の飛散を抑制できるのか、③唾液中細菌数を減少されるためには含嗽剤として何が適切か、の3点について検討する。

This study aimed to determine whether brushing, followed by mouth-washing with water or povidone-iodine, can reduce salivary bacterial counts and assess the duration of these effects.
