1.指揮・命令すべき部下を1名も持たないもの。
2.メンタルヘルスに関する疾患の治療を受けていること。
3.過去にメンタルヘルスに関する疾患の診断や治療を受けたことがあること。
4.過去に職場や職場外の専門機関にメンタルヘルスの不調について相談したことがあること。
