日本語
オンライン形式で教材を提供し、医学論文に対するレターを作成する。
介入期間はレター投稿までとし、週5時間の実施で3～4週間程度。
介入期間中は、オンラインコミュニケーションツール（slack、メール等）を用いて、参加者がメンターとコミュニケーションが取れる状態とする。質問に対して、24 時間以内にチャット形式でフィードバックを行う。必要に応じてビデオ会議システム等を活用する。

Participants conduct an online training using educational materials, and create a letter to the editor for a medical article. The intervention lasts until the letter submission, requiring approximately 5 hours of work per week for 3 to 4 weeks. During the intervention, researchers ensure that participants can communicate with mentors (researcher) through online communication tools (such as Slack or email). Mentors provide feedback on questions from participants in a chat format within 24 hours and use video conferencing system as needed.

1. 理学療法士免許を有し、研究参加時に臨床現場で勤務をしている
2. PC またはタブレット等を用いて本研究に取り組み、電子メールまたは slack、Zoomを用いたオンライン上でのコミュニケーションが可能
3. 翻訳ソフトを利用しながらでも英語論文の理解に取り組むことができる

1. Participants who are physical therapists working in a clinical setting at the time of participating in the research
2. Participants who can engage in this study using a PC or tablet, which includes communication with the researcher via email, Slack, or Zoom
3. Participants who can work on understanding medical articles with or without translation software.

1. 第一著者として Letter to the editor および比較対象のある量的研究（Systematic reviews, Randomized controlled trials, cohort studies, case-control studies など）の出版経験がある
2. オンライン教材のコンテンツを用いた学習ができない
