選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

研究対象者は、(1)または(2)の適格基準を満たし、(3)以下の適格基準を全て満たす者とする。
(1) 2020年以前に乳がんと診断された女性患者
(2) 第3度近親者以内に、時期を問わず乳がんと診断された者がいる女性
(3) 同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上の者
(4) 日本語で意思疎通をはかることができる者
(5) パソコンやタブレット、スマートフォンを有しておりインターネットに接続できる者
(6) 研究の参加について、本人からGoogleフォームの文書による同意を得られた者

Research subjects must meet the conditions in (1) or (2) and all of the eligibility criteria in (3) and beyond.
(1) Female patients diagnosed with breast cancer before 2020
(2) Female patients with a third-degree relative diagnosed with breast cancer at any time in the past.
(3) Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of obtaining consent
(4) Those who can communicate in Japanese
(5) Those who have a computer, tablet or smartphone and can connect to the internet
(6) Those who have obtained written consent from the person themselves to participate in the research via Google Forms

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
対象者は以下の基準を１つでも満たす場合、除外とする。
(1) HBOCの診断および疑いで医療を受けた患者またはその血縁者(近親範囲を問わない)
(2) HBOC に関して医療機関で情報提供を受けたことがある者
(3) 医師、看護師、認定遺伝カウンセラーの資格を有する者

The following criteria will be used to exclude participants.
(1) Patients who have received medical treatment for a diagnosis or suspicion of HBOC, or their blood relatives (regardless of the degree of relatedness)
(2) Those who have received information about HBOC from a medical care provider.
(3) Those who are qualified as doctors, nurses, or genetic counselors.
