腹膜透析カテーテルに関連した有害事象(創部感染、腹膜炎、カテーテル出口部感染、トンネル感染、腹部臓器損傷、腹腔内出血、排液不良、カテーテル閉塞、リーク、ヘルニア)の発症率

(1)　同意取得時において年齢が18歳以上の患者
(2)　本研究への参加について十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思により文書による同意が得られた患者

(1) Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent
(2) Patients who have fully understood the necessity of participating in this study and have given their own voluntary written consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)　多数の腹部手術歴があり、腹膜透析カテーテルの挿入困難が予想される患者
(2)　ステロイドまたは免疫抑制剤を内服している患者
(3)　高度肥満でエコーガイド下穿刺が不可能な患者
(4)　緊急で腹膜透析導入が必要な患者

(1) Patients who have had multiple abdominal surgeries and are expected to have difficulty inserting a peritoneal dialysis catheter
(2) Patients taking steroids or immunosuppressants
(3) Patients who are severely obese and cannot undergo ultrasound-guided puncture
(4) Patients who require urgent initiation of peritoneal dialysis
