日本語
超速効型インスリン注射をしている2型糖尿病患者を対象に、試験食を摂取前に、インスリンを皮下硬結に注射した場合と正常な皮下に注射した場合に、食後の血糖変動をフリースタイルリブレを使用し、血糖変動を測定し、注射部位の状態による血糖変動の差を検討する。

In patients with diabetes treated with rapid insulin, compare the postprandial blood glucose profile after injection of insulin at skin with subcutaneous induration with after injection of insulin at skin without subcutaneous induration. Blood glucoses are measured with Free style ribre.

試験食摂取の食前30分前から食後3時間まで、15分毎に血糖を測定する。皮下硬結のある皮膚にインスリン注射した場合と正常皮下にインスリン注射をした場合の食後血糖変動の差を評価する。

食事15分前にインスリンを皮下硬結のある皮膚と皮下硬結の無い部位の皮膚に注射し、試験食を摂取し、15分毎に3時間血糖測定をする。
英語
At 15 min. before test meal, inject insulin at skin with subcutaneous induration or without subcutaneous induration. After eating test meal, measure blood glucose every 15 min. by 3 hour.

実験１ヶ月以内に糖尿病治療薬の変更や用量の変更をした糖尿病患者
