小・中学生を対象に、健康教育行動変容に必要な知識は定着しているのか、行動変容に繋がる手法について検証を行う

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

2024年度内に小中学生を対象とした健康行動の知識に関する質問紙を行う。質問紙をもとに、2025年にナッジを用いた情報提供を行い（授業またはリーフレット）、知識と行動変容の変化を確認する。

A questionnaire will be conducted on knowledge of health behavior among elementary and junior high school students within the 2024 fiscal year. Based on the questionnaire, information will be provided using nudges (in class or in leaflets) in 2025, and changes in knowledge and behavior change will be confirmed.
