作業療法学生と作業療法士とする．包含基準は，作業療法学生は，連続3週間以上の臨地実習を経験している者とする．作業療法士は臨床経験5年以内の者とする．

The subjects are occupational therapy students and occupational therapists. The inclusion criteria are as follows: occupational therapy students have experienced fieldwork for at least three consecutive weeks, and occupational therapists have five years or less of clinical experience.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

本研究では，横断的調査（観察研究）を用いる．
研究対象者の選定プロセスは次のようである．作業療法学生は，日本作業療法士協会の養成校一覧から，研究者による機縁法により養成校を選出する．研究者は選出された養成校の作業療法学科責任者に依頼書を用いて依頼し，説明書の配布に協力が得られた場合に，その養成校に所属する学生を対象とする．若手作業療法士は，研究者責任者および共同研究者による機縁法により施設を選出する．研究者は選出された施設の作業療法部門責任者に依頼書を用いて依頼し，説明書の配布に協力が得られた場合に，その施設に所属し，かつ，研究対象者の基準を満たす作業療法士を対象とする．
作業療法学生への調査内容は，(1) 基本情報としてID，年齢，養成校区分，学年，臨床実習経験，(2) SA-CROTである．SA-CROTは，14項目5段階からなる臨床推論の自己評価尺度である（丸山ら, 2022）．また，SA-CROTは，作業療法学生と作業療法士を調査対象として，尺度の構造的妥当性と仮説検証，信頼性，再検査信頼性が検証されている（丸山ら, 2022）．
作業療法士への調査内容は，(1) 基本情報としてID，年齢，性別，経験年数，領域，(2) SA-CROTである．これらの回答の所要時間は1回5-10分程度である．

This study will use a cross-sectional survey (observational study).
The selection process for study subjects is as follows. For occupational therapy students, the researcher will select a training school from the list of training schools of the Japanese Occupational Therapist Association by the opportunity method. The researcher will use a request form to request the head of the occupational therapy department of the selected training school, and if cooperation is obtained in distributing the instructions, students belonging to that training school will be the target. For young occupational therapists, the researcher and co-researcher will select a facility by the opportunity method. The researcher will use a request form to request the head of the occupational therapy department of the selected facility, and if cooperation is obtained in distributing the instructions, occupational therapists belonging to that facility and who meet the criteria for study subjects will be the target.
The survey contents for occupational therapy students are (1) basic information such as ID, age, training school category, grade, and clinical training experience, and (2) SA-CROT. SA-CROT is a self-assessment scale of clinical reasoning consisting of 14 items and a 5-point scale (Maruyama et al., 2022). In addition, the SA-CROT has been verified to have structural validity, hypothesis testing, reliability, and test-retest reliability by surveying occupational therapy students and occupational therapists (Maruyama et al., 2022).
The survey contents for occupational therapists consisted of (1) basic information such as ID, age, gender, years of experience, and field, and (2) the SA-CROT. Each response took approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
