・焼津市内在住、もしくは焼津市内保育園に子どもが通う保護者
・３から５歳児の保護者(祖父母ではない)
・スマートフォンの文字入力ができる

英語
Parents who live in Yaizu City or whose children attend nursery schools in Yaizu City .
Parents of 3-5 year old children,not grandmother and grandfather.
Able to input text on a smart phone.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・園児または保護者の健康状態によりプログラムに参加不可能
・研究期間中に転居予定
・研究実施上の指示に従う事が困難
・家庭での養育が困難
・園児または保護者に医師からの運動制限の指示がある

The child or guardian has a medical condition that makes it impossible for the child or guardian to participate in the program.
If the child or guardian plans to move during the study period.
If the child or guardian has difficulty following the study's instructions.
