・一定の職歴をもつ中堅層を対象とするため、職歴 5~15 年程度、年齢 40 歳以下の心理職男性。
・臨床心理士・公認心理師のいずれかの資格を取得していること。

In order to target mid-career professionals with a certain level of work experience, the applicants must be male psychologists with 5 to 15 years of work experience and under 40 years of age. They must be certified as either a clinical psychologist or a licensed psychologist.
