簡易型マインドフルネスとセルフ・コンパッションの複合プログラム（MSCP-HCP）CP）は3週間のプログラムであり、1回あたり90分のセッションを3回と4時間のリトリート（合計8.5時間）、および毎日20分以内のホームワークで構成される。

A brief combined Mindfulness and Self-compassion program for health care professionals(MSCP-HCP) is a three-week program consisting of three 90-minute sessions per session, a four-hour retreat (8.5 hours total), and home work of no more than 20 minutes each day.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1）常勤の医療従事者（作業療法士、理学療法士、言語聴覚士、臨床心理士、公認心理師、医師、看護師、事務職員など医療業務に携わっている医療スタッフ）
2）マインドフルネスストレス低減法（Mindfulness based stress reduction: MBSR）などの研修を受けていない

英語
1)Full-time medical staff (occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, clinical psychologists, licensed psychologists, doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other medical staff involved in medical services).
2)Have not received training in mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) or other methods of stress reduction

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）非常勤、パートタイムで従事している
2）うつ病などの精神疾患の既往がある
3）現在、精神疾患の診断を受け通院加療中である
4）MBSRなどの研修を受けたことがある

英語
1)Part-time or part-time worker.
2)Have a history of mental illness such as depression.
3)Currently undergoing outpatient treatment for a diagnosed mental disorder.
4)Have received training in MBSR, etc.
