(1) 　年齢が20歳以上64歳以下の健常な男性及び女性
(2) 　試験の目的・内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、書面で試験参加に同意した者

(2) Subjects who received sufficient explanation about the purpose and content of the test, had the ability to consent, voluntarily volunteered to participate after understanding it well, and agreed to participate in the test in writing.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
（1） 糖尿病、肝疾患、腎疾患、消化器疾患、心疾患、呼吸器疾患、末梢血管障害、その他重篤な疾患の既往歴がある者
（2） 消化器官の手術を受けたことがある者
（3） 肝機能及び腎機能検査値が異常を示す者
（4） 現在、治療中の疾患がある者
（5） 食物及び薬剤に対してアレルギーを有する者
（6） 過去にオリーブの実、オリーブオイル、又はこれらを含む製品を摂取し、アレルギー反応や体調不良を経験したことがある者
（7） 貧血症状のある者
（8） 当試験参加中に妊娠を希望する女性、妊娠中（妊娠している可能性のある場合を含む）あるいは授乳期の女性
（9） 激しいスポーツをする者及びダイエット中の者
（10） 食生活が極端に不規則な者
（11） 試験期間中、健康食品（特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を含む）や指定医薬部外品の摂取を中止できない者
（12） 医薬品（OTC、処方箋薬を含む）による治療を継続的に行っている方
（13） 飲酒量が1日平均純アルコール量として40 gを超える者
（14） 喫煙本数が1日平均21本以上の者
（15） 本試験開始時に他の臨床試験に参加中または試験参加予定の者
（16） その他、試験責任医師又は試験分担医師が試験の対象として不適当と判断した者

(1) Subjects with a history of diabetes, liver disease, renal disease, gastrointestinal disease, heart disease, respiratory disease, peripheral angiopathy, or other serious disease
(2) Subjects who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery
(3) Subjects with abnormal liver and renal function test values
(4) Subjects who are currently undergoing treatment for a disease
(5) Subjects who are allergic to food or drugs
(6) Subjects who have consumed olives, olive oil, or products containing these in the past and experienced allergic reactions or poor physical condition
(7) Subjects with anemia symptoms
(8) Women who wish to become pregnant (including possible pregnancy) or lactating women during participation in this study
(9) Subjects who play intense sports and subjects who are on a diet
(10) Subjects with extremely irregular eating habits
(11) Subjects who cannot stop taking health foods (including foods for specified health use and foods with functional claims) and quasi-drugs during the test period

(12) Subjects who are continuously treated with pharmaceuticals (including OTC and prescription drugs)
(13) Subjects who drink more than 40 g of average daily pure alcohol
(14) Subjects who smoke an average of 21 or more cigarettes a day
(15) Subjects who are participating or will participate in other clinical trials at the start of this study
(16) Subjects who are judged to be unsuitable for the study by the investigator.
