軽度認知障害の高齢者に対する手指の感覚刺激を活用した認知機能低下抑制プログラムが、参加者の認知機能、手指の運動・感覚機能、心理、社会、生活機能に与える効果と、費用対効果を明らかにする。

インストラクターによる手指感覚運動プログラムを週1回1時間、3か月間受講する。

Participants attend a combined tactile stimulation (sensory ball and finger maze sensory mat) and hand dexterity program (3D puzzles, 3D origami, paper crumpling activity) lectured by instructors. The classes are held once a week, 1 hour each time, and a total of 3 months in a community space.

65歳以上、ADL自立の地域在住高齢者、軽度認知障害、研究の目的・内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、書面で試験参加に同意した者

65 years and older; ADL-independent; mild cognitive impairment; those who sufficiently understand the purpose and content of the research, and who have the ability to agree informed consent.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

会場まで来ることができない者、医師（共同研究者）により顕著な疾患や身体機能障害，認知症や精神・神経疾患のためにものづくりプログラムへの参加が困難であると認められた者

Older adults who cannot come to the community space; those who are found by medical doctors (co-researchers of this study) to be unable to participate in this program due to significant illness, physical dysfunction, dementia, and neuropsychological disorders etc.
