この研究は、プラセボ対照臨床試験を通じて、湿疹関連のかゆみを軽減する酸化亜鉛軟膏の有効性を評価することを目的としています。さらに、湿疹に関連するそう痒症の治療における軟膏の作用機序をより深く理解するために、軟膏の物理的および化学的特性を調査する予定です。

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a Zinc Oxide salve in reducing eczema-related pruritus through placebo-controlled clinical trials. Additionally, it will investigate the salve's physical and chemical characteristics to better understand its mode of action in pruritus treatment related to eczema.

酸化亜鉛軟膏グループの患者には、ワセリンと混合された酸化亜鉛を含む軟膏が投与されました。この軟膏は、抗炎症作用と抗菌作用により湿疹関連のそう痒症を治療するように設計されています。

Patients in Zinc Oxide Salve group received a salve containing zinc oxide mixed with petroleum jelly. The salve was designed to treat eczema-related pruritus through its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

ワセリンプラセボグループはプラセボとして機能し、参加者は有効成分酸化亜鉛を含まずワセリンのみで治療されました。ワセリンは肌を落ち着かせ、水分を保持するために使用されました。

Petroleum Jelly Placebo group served as the placebo, where participants were treated with petroleum jelly only, without the active ingredient zinc oxide. Petroleum jelly was used to soothe the skin and provide moisture retention.
