目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術 (TURBT) の際に閉鎖神経反射が発生するリスクファクターを明らかにすることである。脊椎くも膜下麻酔から全身麻酔に移行する因子を解析することで、事前にどのような症例が閉鎖神経反射のリスクが高いか予想可能となり、TURBTの術前計画を立てる上で有用である可能性がある。

The aim is to clarify the risk factors for the occurrence of the obturator nerve reflex during transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT). By analyzing the factors that lead to the transition from spinal anesthesia to general anesthesia, it may be possible to predict in advance which cases are at high risk of a obturator nerve reflex, and this may be useful for preoperative planning for TURBT.
