20 代～30 代の女性 1000 名を対象に、2 か月間の生活習慣とニキビ（尋常性ざ瘡）症状・肌状態を観察し、大人ニキビ発症に関わる「候補因子」の抽出を目的とする。

The objective is to extract "candidate factors" related to the onset of adult acne by observing the lifestyle habits, acne (acne vulgaris) symptoms, and skin conditions of 1,000 women aged 20-39 over a two-month period.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下の基準を全て満たすことを条件とする。
(1) 同意日の時点で20代～30代の女性
(2) iOS13.0以降のApple社：iPhone（以下、iPhone）を保有している者
(3) 2か月間日本で試験に参加できる者
(4) スマートフォンに蓄積される生活習慣ログ情報※を疫学研究アプリで使用することを許可できる者
※：iPhoneに標準搭載されている生活習慣ログ記録アプリ（アプリ名称：ヘルスケア）に記録されている歩数や就寝時刻等
(5) スマートフォンのインカメラを疫学研究アプリで使用することを許可できる者
(6) 試験への参加について、本人から自由意思による同意を得られた者

Subjects must meet all of the following criteria:
(1) Women in their 20s and 30s as of the date of consent
(2) iPhone users with iOS 13.0 or later
(3) Able to participate in the study in Japan for two months
(4) Agree to allow the use of lifestyle log information* accumulated on their smartphones in the epidemiological research app. *Number of steps, sleep time, etc. recorded in the standard iPhone health log recording app (app name: Health)
(5) Agree to allow the use of their smartphone's built-in camera in the epidemiological research app
(6) Consent to participate in the study must be given freely and voluntarily.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下のいずれかに該当する者は本研究に組み入れない。
(1) 顔の手術（レーザーや針による処置を含む）を同意日前の1か月間に行った又は試験参加期間中に行う予定がある者
(2) 同意日前の1か月間に抗生物質を服用・塗布した者
(3) 試験参加期間中にiPhone（iOS13.0以降）以外への機種変更予定のある者
(4) 現在妊娠している者
(5) その他、研究担当責任者の判断によって不適とした者

Individuals who meet any of the following criteria will not be included in this study:
(1) Those who have had facial surgery (including treatments with lasers or needles) within one month before the consent date or who plan to have it during the trial period
(2) Those who have taken or applied antibiotics within one month before the consent date
(3) Those who plan to switch to a device other than the iPhone (with iOS 13.0 or later) during the trial period
(4) Those who are currently pregnant
(5) Anyone else deemed unsuitable by the study's principal investigator.
