目的/Objectives

日本語
切断者が義足で歩くためには、切断した足(断端)を入れる部分の「ソケット適合」と、各パーツの取り付け角度と位置を調整する「アライメント調整」が重要であるが、これらが適切に調整されているか評価するための指標がなく、その判断は義肢装具士の経験に委ねられている。その結果、ソケット形状の不適合や断やアライメントの調整不良によって、切断者が歩行困難となるケースがある。そこで本研究は、理想的なソケット内の圧力を解明する。加えて、アライメントが調整不良な場合におけるソケット内の圧力変化ならびに、歩行動作に与える影響を明らかにすることを目的としている。これにより、対象者の皆様ならびにリハビリテーションに関わる医療専門職に大きな意義をもたらものと考えます．

For an amputee to walk with a prosthetic limb, socket fit of the part where the amputated foot (stump) is inserted and alignment adjustment to adjust the attachment angle and position of each part are important, but there is no indicator to evaluate whether these are properly adjusted, and the decision is left to the experience of the prosthetist. As a result, there are cases in which amputees have difficulty walking due to mismatched socket geometry or poor adjustment of disconnection and alignment. Therefore, this study will elucidate the ideal pressure in the socket. In addition, the purpose of this study is to clarify the changes in pressure in the socket and its effect on the walking motion when the alignment is poorly adjusted. This will be of great significance to the subject and to the medical professionals involved in rehabilitation.

切断者個人の義足に対して、義肢装具士がソケットアライメントの調整を行う。
条件は、ソケットの内転角(＋/－)、屈曲角(＋/－)、内外側位置(＋/－)、前後位置(＋/－)の計8条件とする。
介入後に実験計測を行い、終了後に正常なアライメントへ戻す。

The prosthetist adjusts the socket alignment for the individual amputee's prosthetic limb.
There shall be a total of eight conditions: socket adduction angle (+/-), flexion angle (+/-), internal/external position (+/-), and anteroposterior position (+/-).
Experimental measurements will be taken after the intervention and returned to normal alignment after completion.

Lower leg amputees who can walk unassisted with a prosthesis in daily life.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
健足側下肢に整形外科的疾患がある方、両側切断の方、義足での歩行が困難な方

Those with orthopedic disease in the lower limb on the healthy side, those with bilateral amputation, and those who have difficulty walking with a prosthetic limb.
