1. 大腸内視鏡検査を受ける者
2. 年齢が20歳以上90歳未満の者
3. 研究参加に同意した者

1. Patients who will undergo colonoscopy
2. Age of 20-89 years
3. Written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 外科的大腸切除歴のある者
2. 炎症性腸疾患がある者
3. 遺伝性または非遺伝性消化管ポリポーシスの者
4. 遺伝性非ポリポーシス性大腸癌の者
5. 大腸内視鏡検査が困難かつ危険な重度の大腸憩室症が判明している者
6. 大腸内視鏡検査の前処置薬（下剤）を内服できない者
7. 大腸検査前処置薬または鎮静薬にアレルギーを有する者
8. 事前に大腸腺腫やポリープおよび大腸癌を有することが判明している者
9. 妊娠中の者
10. 授乳中の者
11. 研究参加への同意取得がない者
12. 試験登録医師が不適当と判断する者

1. History of colorectal surgery
2. Known inflammatory bowel disease
3. Known hereditary or non-hereditary polyposis syndrome
4. Known hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC)
5. Known severe diverticular segment which restricts colonoscopy
6. Unable to intake bowel preparation agent
7. Allergy for any drugs used during colonoscopy
8. Known colorectal adenoma, polyp, or cancer before the trial
9. Pregnancy
10. Breast-feeding
11. Lack of informed consent
12. Others
