本研究の目的は、開発した若者向けのプレコンセプションケアを学べるワードウルフゲームと『全国プレコンてすと』と名付けた知識クイズと行動に関する質問（クイズ）を実際に若者に実証し、知識や行動を前後評価し、ツールの有用性を明らかにすることである。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed tools by implementing them with young people: the Word Wolf game designed to learn about preconception care and the 'National Precon Test,' a quiz that includes knowledge and behavior-related questions. The study aims to assess the knowledge and behaviors before and after the intervention to determine the utility of these tools.
