5. スクリーニング検査前7日間における歩数の1日当たりの平均が5000歩以上

6. スクリーニング検査時のBMIが25 kg/m²以上30 kg/m²未満

7. スクリーニング検査時の中性脂肪が150 mg/dL未満

5. Individuals whose average daily steps are 5000 or more in the seven days prior to screening (before intervention; Scr)

6. Individuals whose BMI are 25 kg/m² or more and less than 30 kg/m²

7. Individuals whose triglyceride level is less than 150 mg/dL at Scr

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、慢性腎臓病、脳血管障害、リウマチ性疾患、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を摂取している者

5. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを摂取/使用している者

6. アレルギー (医薬品・試験品関連食品) がある者

7. 直近1年間で1日30分以上の運動を週2回以上実施している者

8. 直近1年間で週4日以上魚や魚を原料としている加工食品 (魚肉ソーセージなど) を摂取している者

9. 同意取得日以前の28日間において他の臨床試験に参加していた者、あるいは試験期間中に参加予定のある者

10. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

1. Individuals who are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical history of malignant tumor, heart failure, or myocardial infarction

2. Individuals who have a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)

3. Individuals who are currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases: cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. Individuals who are taking "Foods for Specified Health Uses" or "Foods with Functional Claims"

5. Individuals who are taking or using medications (including herbal medicines) and supplements

6. Individuals who are allergic to medicines and foods related to the test product

7. Individuals who have engaged in 30 minutes or more of exercise per day at least twice a week over the past year

8. Individuals who have consumed fish or fish-based processed foods (such as fish sausage) at least four days a week over the past year

9. Individuals who have been enrolled in other clinical studies within the last 28 days before the agreement to participate in this study or plan to participate in another study during this study

10. Individuals who are judged as ineligible to participate in this study by the physician
