当センター回復期リハビリテーション病棟入院中の脳卒中片麻痺患者

Patients with hemiplegic stroke admitted to our convalescent rehabilitation ward
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
重度の認知機能低下があること、両側性の運動機能障害があること、脳損傷部位が小脳に限局していること、歩行に影響を及ぼす可能性のある既往（神経内科的疾患、脊髄損傷、重度の変形性関節症など）があること、重度の視覚障害や聴覚障害があること、前腕支持型の杖を使用していること、重度の内科的疾患（心筋梗塞や心不全など）により運動負荷に制限が必要であること、体重が100kg以上あること

Severe cognitive impairment, bilateral motor dysfunction, brain damage limited to the cerebellum, history of a condition that may affect walking (neurological disease, spinal cord injury, severe osteoarthritis, etc.), severe visual or hearing impairment, use of a forearm-supporting cane, restriction of exercise load due to severe medical disease (myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc.), body weight over 100 kg
