主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
各課題動作の各関節角度（ROM）、modified vector coding techniqueによる協調性パターンを評価する。
測定時期は、術前、術後1ヶ月ごと（スポーツへ復帰し、リハビリが終了する時期まで）
課題動作は、歩行、両脚スクワット、片脚スクワット、Star Excursion Balance Test、両脚垂直ジャンプ、片脚ホップ
解析対象となる関節は、体幹、骨盤、股関節、膝関節、足関節

For each task movement, joint angles (ROM) and coordination patterns using the modified vector coding technique will be evaluated. The evaluation periods are pre-surgery and then monthly post-surgery until the patient completes rehabilitation and returns to sports. The task movements include walking, bilateral squats, single-leg squats, the Star Excursion Balance Test, bilateral vertical jumps, and single-leg hops. The joints analyzed will be the trunk, pelvis, hip, knee, and ankle.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

１）あさくらスポーツリハビリテーションクリニックにてACL再建術を受ける患者
２）年齢は16歳から45歳の範囲で、日常的にスポーツをしている者
３）説明文書を読み、同意が得られた者（未成年者の場合、保護者を含む）

1) Patients undergoing ACL reconstruction at Asakura Sports Rehabilitation Clinic
2) Aged between 16 and 45, and actively participating in sports
3) Those who have read the consent form and provided informed consent (including parental consent for minors)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下の3点のうちいずれか一つでも当てはまるものは除外する。
１）体幹及び下肢の手術既往を有する者
２）他靭帯損傷を合併した者
３）神経学的疾患を有する者
４）動画撮影に同意しない者

Any individual who meets one or more of the following conditions will be excluded.
1) Those with a history of surgery on the trunk or lower limbs
2) Those with concomitant injury to other ligaments
3) Those with neurological disorders
4) Those who do not consent to video recording
