ハイケアユニットでのビデオゲームプレイが成人脊椎手術術後患者の疼痛軽減に寄与するか、またケアの支障にならないかを検討する。

We will investigate whether playing video games in the high-care unit contributes to pain relief in adult patients after spinal surgery and whether it interferes with care.

脊椎手術後に抜管されて本院集中治療センターGHCUへ入室する患者

Patients who are extubated after spinal surgery and admitted to the hospital's intensive care center (GHCU)
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
(1)有意な中枢神経疾患の既往（脳卒中、頭部外傷、中枢神経系感染症、脳腫瘍、脳外科手術後、心肺停止蘇生後など）、(2)精神科疾患・認知症の既往、(3)アルコールやその他の中毒患者、(4)同意取得時点でせん妄を有する患者、(5)ビデオゲームを行ったことがない患者、(6)インターネットゲーム障害が疑われる患者（NineItem Internet Gaming Disorder ScaleShort Form: IGDS9SFでスクリーニング）、(7)視力障害や、手指の巧緻運動障害等のため、ゲームプレイが困難な患者、(8)その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

(1) Significant history of central nervous system disease (stroke, head injury, central nervous system infection, brain tumor, after brain surgery, after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, etc.), (2) history of psychiatric disease or dementia, (3) alcohol or other addicts, (4) patients with delirium at the time of obtaining consent, (5) patients who have never played video games , (6) patients suspected of having internet gaming disorder (screened using the NineItem Internet Gaming Disorder ScaleShort Form: IGDS9SF), (7) patients with visual impairment or dexterity problems that make it difficult to play games, (8) patients who the principal investigator deems unsuitable as research subjects for other reasons
