日本語
幽門側胃切除後の患者に対して上部消化管内視鏡検査（EGD）を行う前に、大腸内視鏡検査専用の検査食（クリアスルー）を摂取してもらいます。患者には、EGD検査前日の21時までにクリアスルーを摂取し、それ以降は絶食とします。翌日、EGDを実施し、検査中に胃内残渣の量や観察能を評価します。

Before performing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy (EGD) on patients after distal gastrectomy, they will be asked to consume a colonoscopic preparation meal (ClearThru). Patients will be instructed to take ClearThru by 9:00 PM on the day before the EGD, after which they will fast. The EGD will be performed the following day, and during the procedure, the gastric residue volume and observation capability will be evaluated.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・幽門側胃切除後のEGDで胃内残渣を認めた症例。
・症例登録時20歳以上の症例。
・本研究参加について文書による同意が本人より得られている症例。

Cases with gastric residue observed during EGD after distal gastrectomy.
Cases that are 20 years or older at the time of enrollment.
Cases where written consent to participate in this study has been obtained from the individual.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・コントロール不良な感染症を有する症例。
・重篤な薬物アレルギーを有する症例。
・妊娠または妊娠の可能性がある症例および授乳婦。
・重症の精神障害を有する症例。
・研究責任者または研究分担者が本研究を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した症例。

Cases with severe drug allergies.
Pregnant women, those with the possibility of pregnancy, or breastfeeding women.
Cases with severe mental disorders.
Cases deemed inappropriate for the safe conduct of this study by the principal investigator or co-investigators.
