温泉入浴が心身にどのような影響を及ぼしているかを調べるために入浴前後のデータを収集し、目的に応じた効果的な温泉入浴方法を検討する基礎資料とすることを目的とする

The purpose is to collect data before and after bathing in order to investigate how hot spring bathing affects the mind and body, and to use it as basic data for considering effective hot spring bathing methods depending on the purpose.
