実験群の対象者には，3回のプログラムを3ヶ月間実施する．①現在の健康を支える要因の認識では，各個人の状態を作業療法士が個別でフィードバックし，現在の作業について，生活行為聞き取りシートを用いて，具体的な作業の聞き取りを行う．②作業参加継続のためのグループワークでは，小グループに分かれて，作業を継続するために必要なことを話し合う．具体的な方法や活動について検討する．③取り組みの発表では，各個人で作業とその価値，必要な取り組みを発表する．お互いに賞賛し，今後の活動にも反映できる内容を作業療法士が説明する．

Subjects in the experimental group will be administered the program three times for three months.
(1) In the recognition of factors that support current health, the occupational therapist provides individual feedback on each person's condition and listens to specific tasks using the Activities of Daily Living Listening Sheet regarding the current. (2) In the group occupation for continued occupation participation, participants will be divided into small groups to discuss what is necessary to continue the occupation. Specific methods and activities will be discussed. (3) In the presentation of efforts, each individual presents the occupation, its value, and necessary efforts. The occupational therapists will explain what they admire in each other's occupation and what can be reflected in future activities.
