チルゼパチド投与による体重変化により、筋肉量をはじめとした体組成がどのように変化するかを解明する事を目的としている。

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

当院に外来通院もしくは入院加療を行っている2型糖尿病患者にチルゼパチドを導入した。導入時、12週後、24週後とHbA1cや随時血糖、肝機能や腎機能、脂質代謝項目を総合的に評価し、持続グルコース測定器を装着し、血糖変動を観察した。

Tirzepatide was introduced to patients with type 2 diabetes who were either outpatients or inpatients at our hospital. Comprehensive evaluations of HbA1c, random blood glucose, liver and kidney function, and lipid metabolism were conducted at the time of introduction, 12 weeks, and 24 weeks afterward.

患者は20歳以上の成人で２型糖尿病と診断され、当院へ定期的に通院できる者でHbA1c <10.0%未満、BMI ≧ 23 kg/m2の者とした。

Patients were adults aged 20 years or older, diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, who could regularly attend our hospital, with HbA1c below 10.0% and BMI of 23 kg/m2 or higher.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

除外基準として、1型糖尿病、肝炎や膵炎や感染症など活動性疾患の治療中の方とした。
