本研究では、症状安定した慢性心不全入院患者を対象に横隔膜機能、肺機能、呼吸運動、呼吸筋力,サルコペニアを評価し、超音波画像から判断した横隔膜機能低下の関連要因を検証する。

In this study, diaphragmatic function, pulmonary function, breathing movement, respiratory muscle strength, and sarcopenia will be evaluated in symptomatically stable chronic heart failure inpatients, and the associated factors of diaphragmatic dysfunction as determined from ultrasound imaging will be examined.
