組み入れ期間において，「ICD-10コード：F10.2　アルコール使用<飲酒>による精神及び行動の障害，依存症候群」の診断がある患者

Patients diagnosed with "ICD-10 Code: F10.2 Mental and behavioral disorders due to use of alcohol Dependence syndrome" during the enrollment period.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・20歳未満の患者
・組み入れ期間中のはじめてのアルコール依存症の診断の前1年間に，ICD-10コード：F10.2　アルコール使用<飲酒>による精神及び行動の障害，依存症候群」の診断がある患者
・組み入れ期間中のはじめてのアルコール依存症の診断後1年間に，「ICD-10コード：F10.2　アルコール使用<飲酒>による精神及び行動の障害，依存症候群」の疑い病名のみの患者
・組み入れ期間中のはじめてのアルコール依存症の診断前の健康保険加入期間が1年未満の患者
・組み入れ期間中のはじめてのアルコール依存症の診断後の健康保険加入期間が1年未満の患者

本研究の分析対象者は2101例となった。初診断後にアルコール依存症治療（アルコール依存症用薬処方または心理社会的療法が2回以上）を受けた患者割合は77.2%で，なおかつ、初診断後1年間に入院記録がない患者割合は49.5%であり、そのうちの67.7%は初診断6か月間を超えてアルコール依存症の治療記録があった。

The number of subjects analyzed in this study was 2101. 77.2% of the patients received treatment for alcohol dependence (either a prescription for alcohol dependence medication or at least two instances of psychosocial therapy) after their initial diagnosis. Furthermore, 49.5% of the patients had no record of hospitalization in the year following the initial diagnosis, and of these, 67.7% had records of alcohol dependence treatment extending beyond the first six months post-diagnosis.

外来治療で治療を開始した患者を対象として、外来治療の中止までの期間について、Cox回帰により、影響のある因子（性別、年齢、併存疾患の有無、精神疾患の有無、肝疾患の有無、健康保険組合の区分）を検討する。
