新規の片側大腿骨近位部骨折のため水戸協同病院整形外科に入院した者（骨折群）、大腿骨・骨盤・膝蓋骨の骨折以外の理由で75歳以上の水戸協同病院整形外科入院患者（対照群）

Individuals with Newly Diagnosed Unilateral Proximal Femur Fractures
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 両側の大腿骨近位部骨折を受傷した者
2) 大腿骨近位部以外に骨盤または膝蓋骨の骨折を合併している者
3) 過去に大腿骨骨折の既往があり、大腿骨に人工物が挿入されている者
4) 股関節以遠で切断術を施行された者、その他股関節以遠に欠損がある者
5) 下肢および骨盤に感染症など骨折以外の疾患を罹患している者
6) 本人あるいは代理人より研究協力の同意が得られない者

1) Individuals with Bilateral Proximal Femur Fractures
2) Individuals with Concurrent Fractures of the Pelvis or Patella in Addition to Proximal Femur Fractures
3) Individuals with a History of Femur Fracture and Presence of Implants in the Femur
4) Individuals Who Have Undergone Amputation Distal to the Hip Joint or Have Other Deficiencies Distal to the Hip Joint
5) Individuals with Infections or Other Diseases Affecting the Lower Limbs and Pelvis, Aside from Fractures
6) Individuals Who Cannot Provide Consent for Study Participation, Either Personally or Through a Representative
