期間: 各介入期間は1日
量: 振動発生機器による微細振動の周波数7～9Hz、振幅3～5㎜
回数と頻度: 各部位30秒、計6部位、合計3～4分
詳細: 介入対象は腹臥位で、僧帽筋・肩甲骨下端部、僧帽筋・肩甲骨中央部、鎖骨中央部から僧帽筋を押し下げた部位、両肩関節ならびに三角筋、両大転子部、腰椎4～5番周辺の6箇所に対して、振動発生機器を手に装着して実施する。振動ありの場合と振動なしの場合で比較する。

Dose: Frequency of micro-vibration generated by the device is 7-9 Hz, amplitude 3-5 mm
Frequency and frequency: Each site is treated for 30 seconds, total of 6 sites, 3-4 minutes in total
Details: The intervention subjects lie in the prone position, and the device is applied to 6 sites: trapezius muscle and lower edge of scapula, central part of trapezius muscle and scapula, point pressed down from the central part of the clavicle to the trapezius muscle, both shoulder joints and deltoid muscles, both greater trochanters, and around the lumbar vertebrae 4-5. The device is attached to the hand and used to compare with and without vibration.

回数と頻度: 各部位30秒、計6部位、合計3～4分
詳細: 介入対象は腹臥位で、僧帽筋・肩甲骨下端部、僧帽筋・肩甲骨中央部、鎖骨中央部から僧帽筋を押し下げた部位、両肩関節ならびに三角筋、両大転子部、腰椎4～5番周辺の6箇所に対して、振動発生機器を手に装着せずに実施する。振動なしの場合と振動ありの場合で比較する。
