選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
・参加者およびその関係者から書面によるインフォームド・コンセントを得た方
・18歳以上であり、ADADの変異が判明している家系員
・認知機能が正常～軽度または軽度認知障害（CDRスコア範囲0～1.0）
・兄弟姉妹以外で、本試験の付随的情報源となりうるスタディパートナーがいること
・小学校6年生レベル以上の日本語に堪能であること

Written informed consent obtained from participant and collateral source prior to any study-related procedures.
Aged 18 (inclusive) or older and the child of an affected individual (clinically or by testing) in a pedigree with a known mutation for ADAD.
Cognitively normal to very mild or mild cognitive impairment (CDR score range 0-1.0).
Has study partner who are not their full-blooded siblings who can serve as collateral sources for the study.
Fluent in a language at about the 6th grade level or above.
