事の質の良し悪しについてNRF9.3スコアを明記した献立カタログ等を用いて、具体的にスコアの高い献立と低い献立がなぜ、どのように異なるのか説明し、理解してもらった
後、より健康的な食事にするための目標を３つ挙げて１週間それを遵守してもらう

Intervention group: Using a menu catalog that specifies the NRF9.3 score to indicate diet quality, we will explain and help participants understand the specific differences
between high-scoring and low-scoring meals. After this explanation, participants will be asked to set three goals for healthier eating and adhere to them for one week.
