日本語
妊婦を対象に、産科医療機関でパンフレットを用いて個別的な口腔保健指導を実施し、介入前後でアンケート調査を行う。妊婦の時間的都合により対面での実施が難しい場合はzoomで指導を行う。保健指導実施回数は1回、実施時間は10分程度とする。

Pregnant women will receive individualized oral health education through a pamphlet at maternity facilities, and a web questionnaire will be administered before and after the intervention. If face-to-face education is difficult for pregnant women due to time constraints, it will be provided via ZOOM. The number of health education sessions will be one, and the duration will be 10 minutes.

主な結果/Results
日本語
間食後に何らかの口腔ケアをする者が介入後に有意に増加した（p=0.049）．
今回の妊娠中に歯科受診した者は約4割で，介入後には歯科受診した者が有意に増加しており（p=0.002），うち健康診査を目的に受診する者の割合が介入後に増加した．
介入前後で，口腔内と歯科疾患との関連（p=0.016），口腔ケア方法（p=0.008），間食後のケア（p＜0.001）に関する知識について正答の割合が有意に増加した一方で，齲蝕菌の母子伝播（p=0.012）については誤答の者が増加した．

Before and after the intervention, there was a significant increase in the number of those who took oral care after snacking, those who had a dental visit, and those who had correct answers to questions regarding the relationship between the oral cavity and dental disease, oral care methods, and knowledge about care after snacking.
