各医療機関において年間のデスフルラン消費量とエネルギー消費量（電気、都市ガスの消費量）をCO2排出相当量とし、その比を取ったデスフルラン温室効果指数がデスフルランによる地球温暖化負荷の指標となり得るかを検討する。

We will examine whether the desflurane greenhouse effect index, which is the ratio of annual desflurane consumption and energy consumption (electricity and city gas consumption) to CO2 emission equivalents at each medical institution, can be used as an indicator of the global warming burden caused by desflurane.

対象医療機関の募集は個別に連絡を行い、本研究に関するデータ提供に同意いただける医療機関。
2021年4月1日～2023年3月31日までの3カ年における各医療機関におけるデスフルランおよびセボフルランのボトル払い出し本数および電気・都市ガス消費量を収集する。

Retrospective observational study
Eligible medical institutions will be contacted individually and must agree to provide data related to this study.
The number of desflurane and sevoflurane bottles dispensed and electricity and city gas consumption at each medical institution will be collected for the three-year period from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2023.
